I use an electric shaver...
...and this never happens. I dunno how people do it. My arms are covered in little bumps of curled up ingrowing hairs where the grown ones are getting worn off or epilated by my clothes but this just doesn't happen like it does on youtube. Most of the curled up hairs eventually burst out on their own without puss or fanfare, the rest come out when I inadvertently scratch the top off the bump. I must have the most undramatic constant ingrown hairball things in the kingdom.
