It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

any bookthat starts with your grandmother exploding is always a win
Except I have never finished Feersum Endjin or the steep approach to Garbadale, the first does my head in and the second i put down and haven't picked up again.
Everything else is superb and will feature in my list!
