It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

I fail to see the connectionbetween your living in a wealthy society full of cool things, and the Bible, in fact, i fail to see the connection between your living in a Moral society and the Bible.
Personally, I have hope, joy, love and self control And I enjoy living in an intellectually free society, and I do this dispite thinking of Christianity and Religion in general in negative terms. You can be intelligent, happy and moral both with and without faith in God.
