Sports bras are less ugly than you might think, with the added bonus of being supportive and avoiding the boob-shelf you can get from balcony bras (you can see both of em! from under a tshirt!). Anything with elastic rather than wires will probably help. Try M&S - they'll even fit it for you if you don't mind some old lady seeing your tits...
