This is a question Bullies

My mum told me to stand up to bullies. So I did, and got wedgied every day for a month. I hated my boss.

I would happen to agree with you on that one.
But still, humans are pack animals at heart and will always pick on the weakest member- or omega, in terms of wolf packs.
