Since you ask...
It goes something like this. Pull up about half a bus length short of the line. OK, you have to know when the light's going to change. At exactly, the right moment, blip the throttle, punch the D button, and floor it. If you've done it right, the bus'll be doing a fair old speed, crossing the line exactly as the light goes green. This'll take the guy in the BMW totally by surprise, and he won't get himself in order before the bus blows his doors off.
I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Like I said, respect to that bus driving dude!
