Not me but my brotherSelling his trusty aincient volvo, needed it to look nice (well, a bit better at least). So he filled some of the worst holes in the wing with, well he'd run out of body filler but it had been raining, mud. He said it didn't look too bad after it had been smoothed off and sprayed.
Got a call from the purchaser a couple of weeks later.
It had sprouted!

I remember a similar thing happened onceon Minder, when Arthur had done a dodgy repair to a car. His reply, on being told that grass was growing from the wing, was that it was a 'horticultural phenomenon".
