OuchFull sympathies. My cousin turned The Stockport Arms (in Stockport, of course) around over a couple of years and much sweat and tears, made it a great boozer. Then they got raped on rent and had to quit. Brewery got new folk in, dropped the rent and now it's shite again.
If I think of some decent revenge I'll let you know!
