I suspectIt's a cheat for an old Sega Megadrive game - the ABC would indicate that it is. I think it may actually be a cheat for the original Sonic game, specifically the 'Gem' bonus levels.

scoredead on. the all levels cheat for sonic the hedgehog on the mega drive :D (i still use it, and i'm 20!)
