I don't get it
is it some cheat from a game or a gay dance cos it could be either

I suspect
It's a cheat for an old Sega Megadrive game - the ABC would indicate that it is. I think it may actually be a cheat for the original Sonic game, specifically the 'Gem' bonus levels.
