Clients Are StupidI once had to train a client on how to use their new website. I said, "point the mouse at that button." They looked at me with a quizzical expression, picked up the mouse and held it to the screen. Can you beat this bit of client stupidity?

Oh yes indeedMe: "Okay, are you in Office 97?"
Client: "No, I'm in the basement..."
And if you've heard this before... yes it HAS become a bit of an "urban legend", but that's because it was part of my "Smooth Operator" entry in Network News magazine, circa 1998.
I won first prize, a Palm V. I'll try and dig out the magazine and scan it.
