Clients Are StupidI once had to train a client on how to use their new website. I said, "point the mouse at that button." They looked at me with a quizzical expression, picked up the mouse and held it to the screen. Can you beat this bit of client stupidity?

me and customer stood outside shop. customer points proudly at rugby ball in the window
customer: (SMUGLY)There!
me: ah... i see. That'll be the rugby ball in the sports shop next door, then.

Mad old woman: I'm looking for the new daniel o'donnell tape.
me: Aren't we all, love?
