It's a real skill thatgiving a good hand job. It's easy doing it to yourself, because of the years of practice and the feedback mechanism. But women have neither of those.
I'm prepared to let my girlfriend practice as much as she likes though. With guidance!

Strange this one,If she's right handed, get her to use her left. Or vice-versa.

usually the top tip:Don't grip with your little finger at all, just use the top 2 or 3.
You'd be amazed how much of your grip strength comes from that little finger. Try it.
