Argh! This!The worst example is when I do decide to undertake they indicate left and give a little false 'I'm moving into the left lane, actually' wiggle and then *stay exactly where they are*!
FFS! If you could see I was about to pass on the left, then you know that there's space for *you* to be in the left lane, and yet you're staying in the middle...!
