well MY MUM SAIDmy folks had a stand at london boat show a few years back and mother dear spotted him chuck a plastic cup of coffee that his assistant brought him on the floor and told her "it's not hot enough, get me another"

Honestly?I find that hard to believe. That strikes me as either a sendup of his own perceived egotism taken out of context and misunderstood by the viewer, or an outright lie.
