ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

SnapHaha - my sister was flying home to the US on Virgin and as usual their entertainment system was screwed. Eventually they got it going and my nice (5) settled down to watch her kiddie film about rabbits or something. After an hour my sis asked her how she was enjoying it; she relied “I haven’t seen any rabbits yes but the policeman is going to shoot the lady.” They’d switched channel numbers and she was watching deathwish 14 or something.
