ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Yeeeesss...Plenty of experience here sadly. This particular company imports vast amounts from China and makes plenty of readies. That in mind, they're very good at sending replacements as the product costs much less to buy than your continued loyalty. (I have very mixed feelings about them- I have to buy from them!)
