ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Sorted...In days of yore kinda pre Y2K...and a bit... I wrote a letter enclosing a bill i couldn't pay to the venerable BT.
The letter was my shortest ever, it said "In error, kindly credit." and they did!
