ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Keep calling back until you get someone reasonableWhenever I've had to deal with anything like this, I just rang them repeatedly (hopefully getting different people each time) until someone gave in and gave me what I wanted
