
I like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

The lols (if there are any) are lost on the admin staff as past the term of reference they're fully justified in tossing it into the nearest bin, which as the path of least resistance is certainly what happens. If you don't like a service then fuck off somewhere else and stop wasting your own time.

Why not write correspondence particularising your areas of dissatisfaction, ideally referring to the terms of contract whether express or implied, as this may get you somewhere if you're intent on pursuing a matter. Writing gash tl;dr pieces of 'zany' crap simply leaves you looking like a prick, which I guess is what you are.
