ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

My original didn't, no - as per the PS.But the new one did - you may like to investigate Locke & Co of London - they're one of the only two milliners a gentleman should consider in town.
