ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

My sister and parents are with Santander.And from what I've seen happen to them, I will never ever be with them. I'm with Clydesdale who, aside from pissing my parents off a good decade back, although not enough to make them decide against getting another mortgage from them, have been wonderful.
