ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Mums eh?Haha, reminds me of my mum who tried to call me from the supermarket and couldn't get the phone to work. She asked the checkout girl what she was doing wrong. Checkout girl said "that's a TV remote you're 'dialling'"
