ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Tru dat......but nine times out of ten, if you stick to your guns, someone with real authority would rather let it go in the interest of good customer relations. And I think what also helped was that none of this was argumentative on my part. I don't generally believe in giving shop staff a hard time - they have a shit enough job as it is.
