ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

My dad (who works in the industry) sezVista was in development for 6 years, but at the end of the fourth year they had to bin everything they'd been working on up to that point, for some reason, so Vista itself is the product of about 24 months' development only. Explains a lot really.
