ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Good work there!About 25 years ago we used to have a chimney sweep come out a couple of times a year. Talking to a neighbour, I found that he charged me more than he did her.
Next time he came out I asked him about the extra and he said it was an 'out of town' fee which he must've forgotten to knock off when driving onto my estate. The thieving bastard. Never charged it again!
