ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

She didn't tell you how hard her day was (at least not in what you've put on here)and most likely they'll tell her not to worry about it, they deal with pricks like you every day.
