ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

BMI (the proper airline) is pretty goodI fly up and down to London with them pretty regularly. They don't charge extra for hold baggage, checking in at the airport, or taking a piss during the flight.
BMIBaby on the other hand, is their low cost airline. Like FlyBe and RyanAir, they charge extra for everything. I tend to avoid low cost airlines because ironically they tend to end up more expensive!
