ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Unfortunately we vacate at the end of next week and the last months' rent has goneA hard copy of the stinking letter has, however, been posted to the landlord. He's not been impressed with them either as they didn't tell him we were moving out.
