ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I lived near the old Rolls Royce/now Bentley factory and now and then saw vehicles been lowloadered in, all tarped up.Seems that if an ailing Roller had to be brought back, it was done as discreetly as possible. Not even a logo on the lowloader.
Can't have the hoi polloi seeing them broken down, what.
The factory is situated between two council estates and is across the road from the town tip so posh clients have plenty to gawp at!
