ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

That is the worst thing I have ever heard of in regards to a funeral. May that man be left in some dodgy American funeral home where they keep them in car bodies and buried in the woods.
