ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Similar...My local in Beckenham is owned by a chain... think of what a murcain would call a tap....
They sell their beer and expect a 110% return on a barrel.
For them that can't do the maths... if the barrel contains 100 pints, they expect to sell 110 pints from it.
The only way they can do it is to short measure.
We regularly request top ups.
The tight bastards also have no heating at all. The boilers are bust and as we now approach winter, we have our third year with no heat. Plans are in place to get the pub shut down or better still sold before then
