ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

it happened to my exhe got home with his shopping to find his door had been tinned up. took them 2 hours to come out and let him in, by which time most of his stuff had defrosted!
