ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I use BT internetand have had exactly one problem requiring tech support in more than two years; they got it sorted in less than 45 minutes. I am a happy BT customer, unless there's a problem with the phone, which is where they send all the numpties to man the call centres.
