Have you carried out a successful con? Perhaps you hustled a few quid off a stranger, or defrauded a multi-national company. Or have you been taken for the wide-eyed, naive rube that you are?

Re:TheftYou're not stealing physical property, although you have dishonest intentions, so you can't be done for theft.
You're also not obtaining services by deception or committing fraud since you've not represented that you are the previous occupant.
At least, I think so.
