Hm, depends how much is provable.for the moment, I'm requesting my p45. Which seems to worry them a bit, and refuse to leave voicemails or text me about it (and insist on speaking to me in person), which is strange, as they're willing to do it with everything else. ;-)
I'm off to the citizens advice bueru today to see what I can do to get hold of my p45. Woo!
