Customer service staff in tesco arent doing thier jobs right thenI work as a team leader at tesco and we have had people trying this and they didnt get it. Our policy is "if WE overcharge you then we will refund double the difference"
There is no policy which references what we will do if you overcharge yourself, although out of goodwill we will usually offer a refund, then sell you the product again at the correct price.
