If you want to know what a runaway greenhouse effect could do, look up conditions on Venus900 degree heat, 90 atmospheres pressure, and just for lolz it rains sulphuric acid.
I'd call that pretty destroyed, at least as far as anything living is concerned.
Oh, and I think you mean "uninhabitable". I guess the foaming drool made your finger slip.
