And the farmers used to pull all sorts of scams. They found out that one of them was claiming for several hundred acres in the North Sea.

I bet DEFRA ate him alive when they found out (and rightly so) When you filled in forms for MAFF they had to be accurate to within .25 of an acre I seem to remember!
