Finance perhaps. Health insurance definitely,
Motor or household insurance, no. Not in this country at any rate. No claims handler wants to decline a claim as it is actually more hassle than paying out. You had a shit experience with a shit claims handler and a couple of phonecalls and a letter of complaint would have sorted the claim for the jacket out.
