Have you been trapped in the relentless petty minded bureaucracy of your local council?
Why does it require 3 forms of ID to get a parking permit when the car in question is busy receiving a parking ticket right outside the parking office?
Or do you work for Hackney Council?

re: RecyclingIt'd be very nice to be able to recycle efficiently here, but sadly we get a very small blue bin for cardboard and paper, and a big black bin for everything else. If we wished to recycle anything, we'd have to take it - at our own expense - to a recycling station.
Of course, my council tax could pay for extra bins, and a decent recycling system, but the council here seem far more interested in such white elephants as the World Student Games.
Ah well, everything will just have to go in the black bin. Again.
