Insert picture of Mr Smug *HERE*The house we WERE buying for £350,000 has now become the house we ARE buying for £280,000, the mortgage quote being half the one they were offering less than a year ago whilst demanding a 25% deposit.
They are also offering TV's celebrity banking shill Howard Brown come round and do the sexy dance for my wife, by you've got to draw the line somewhere.
