Yup, my sentiments exactly,
though I'd like to add that 'smug' doesn't mean 'safe'.

We don't know what's coming next, and financial security is just money. It's not health or love, or even long life.

In the long run, money won't stop you getting cancer, or your partner running off with a hairdresser, or your whole family meeting some hung-over boy racer head-on on the way to the airport.
