It was about 4:45...I did wonder if there was a time when they let all the stock 'dry up' and started a new batch or something...but that still doesn't let them off for being a bunch of twat-biscuits

4:45?They should have had food in and ready, that's the time for the evening rush. Shocking service all round. I would send a letter to head office about that one.
