At work we had to call customers to discuss refundsDuring one call I mixed up the phrase "We will send the money via Bank transfer" with "We will send the money via Wire-transfer" (I would pick and choose depending on who the customer was).
Until one day I got them mixed and told a customer I would send them their money via wank transfer.
And everyone in the office heard it.
