It's scary to thinkThat said parent either:
a) Thought that looks a good idea for later
or
b) Thought 'amateur - but you'll learn'
Both while pretending to look shocked/embarrassed.
While there are no multiple choices with your brother, having later gone very nearly blind and eternally shameful.
Poor kid.
