This is a question Cringe!

Chickenlady winces, "I told a Hugh Grant/Divine Brown joke to my dad, pretending that Ms Brown was chewing gum so she'd be more American. Instead I just appeared to be still giving the blow-job. Even as I'm writing this I'm cringing inside."

Tell us your cringeworthy stories of embarrassment. Go on, you're amongst friends here...

I think
that had I been said policeman and had heard you start to laugh at that line I would have burst out laughing myself.

Then again, I doubt that I could have said 'cos that's what I am' with a straight face...

No normal person
would deliver such a line in any seriousness, but all I got was an embarrassed little titter before he swiftly moved on.

I think its a policeman thing, they seem to do this kind of thing on a regualar basis, usually when discussing fittness tests.

"Must be a good looking bloke," I say. If they dont catch I give them the awkward look to make them uncomfortable...
