It happensIn my (not extensive but reasonable) experience, these things happen, depends on the girl from what I can tell.
Worst time ever was when one girl said sorry every time it happened. Puts you off when it's each and every stroke I can tell you.
Found out that she'd also been with one of my mates and the exact same thing happened. :/
