The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

It's not all bad
I worked there for a year starting in 06, it was in the Hazel Grove one, we had pretty much the same stuff that you talk about, plus a certain proportion of staff were...how is the best way to put it? A little off. Within two weeks of me starting work there, two people had got the sack, one for whipping it on booth 1, the other for locking the store manager in the freezer (He slid a shake mix trolley in front of the door)
