^ you should do a reply for this qotw yourself!...I'll wager you've had some SHOCKING customers in the shops. It's the FOBTs, brings out the worst in them!
To be blunt, gamblers are utter degenerates. Almost to a man. There are some good blokes in the business, but it's quite a depressing one :(
